    hi brieffree,

You went through a lot of high emotions and you reacted by going and buying more of the Nicotine Mist. Be proud that you didn't buy a cigarette brieffree!

I know that you have been quit for some time but these cravings can and do pop up, especially when we are feeling strong emotions. In spite of those emotions, you still remembered that you didn't want to smoke. That is fantastic.

Like you said life is so much better without a cigarette! Congratulations on that Brieffree. With time, slowly, you will ease off of the mist too and with time you won't even think about it.

Have a great smoke free day brieffree!

    Lillian

    Hi brieffree,

I know it can be frustrating when we still get tempted, even though we have been non-smokers for a long time.  If you are like me, you smoked pretty much your whole life.  So smoking was an integral part of your life.  It touched everything you thought and did.  That's not easy to let go of.  Yes, it gets easier over time, but you still have to be careful, because just when you least expect it, that craving raises its ugly head and tried to throw you off.  So always remember N.O.P.E., Not One Puff Ever.  And keep using the Mist when needed.  It has helped you to stay smoke free, brieffree, and that is the most important thing.

You are doing great, brieffree.  Hang in there!
