   today is the end of a month without cigarettes
   i pledge today to go for one more week without them
   and i will renew this pledge every day

   thnx for the support
   made it through another day    this evening i took a break from activities and realized that it did not come with a cigarette urge      getting manageable   i renew my pledge  tomorrow will be a day without cigarettes
