   I'm so happy to be a non-smoker!
   
   Last Thursday, we had our firm Christmas party.  It was the first time in 30 years that I did not go outside to smoke.  Well, I did go out once with one of my friends so she could have a smoke.  I didn't smoke, and wasn't even the least bit tempted.  Nope, not me.  I just enjoyed the meal, had a few drinks, and danced the night away without gasping for air!  That had to be a first.
   
   People keep asking me how I quit, because my friends never thought they would see the day.  And quite frankly, neither did I.  But here I am, closing in on a year, and I am still smoke free and loving it.
   
   I wish all of you success in your journey.  I know it's hard in the beginning, but if you persevere, the rewards are astonishing!  I still can't believe how far I have come, and I've gotta admit, I am feeling pretty proud of myself!  BEING SMOKE FREE ROCKS!!!

   I’m so happy for you Treepeo.  You can enjoy yourself at a party without a smoke.  Something that I should be looking forward to.  At the party you showed that you were very committed to your decision not to smoke.  Having said that, I congratulate you.

   What a great feeling that is.... to be free from nicotine, it sounds like you had a great time and stayed committed to your journey and you have also inspired carmpage to look forward to a time like this...

   I'm so happy for you Treepeo!  And sooooooo proud of you!!  You have done what you once thought was impossible and you did it in the most impossible way (Cold Turkey) too!!!  Congratulations - the one year mark is just a few days away.  You rock and you are a rock!!!!!!!!!!
