2nd day in, using patch, and have smoked whole adult life.  I am quitting for my overall health, having surgery in Sept. and need bones to heal which they don't if  you're a smoker.  I am a bit pre-occupied and irritated.  Also no-one smokes in my family,  My daughters wedding is in a couple of weeks, and really don't want to be that nasty person smoking outside.
Wish me luck, it's now or neva.

    Hi Susan,

Congratulations on going smoke free. Two days is an excellent start! I know all too well just making it through one day can be a big challenge. Wishing you every success one day at a time.

Hi, thank you appreciate it.  gotta start somewhere, congrats on your 30 day of being smoke free.  I've done this before and I know it gets easier, just can't wait for me not to be thinking about cigarettes every minute of every waking day.
