    In times when the Confidence is low, is good to call a high Power! So,

    I  proudly take your hand and Pledge to remind smoke free an other day and tomorrow too, and I extend my other hand in friendship to support the next Brave Non Smoker in line.

    Thank you for the hand of support for those trying to quit. I am working on quitting and today is day one of no more smoking
