   So the number of days I have quit still shows 4 but the amount of money I have saved shows that it would be 7 days.  With the windy days it is hard to get out and any miles but still manged to get a few in this morning running errands.  I am meeting my dad for lunch today.  He doesnt know (though I suspect he figured it out) that I had restarted smoking.  He will be surprised that I am quitting again so quickly.  Then later this afternoon I am going to relax I think and watch a couple of movies.  Have a great smoke free day everyone.

   However you do the math, that's a bunch of days without Cigarettes - CONGRATS!!!
   Glad to hear that you're still managing to stay active, even with all of the crazy wind lately!
   I'm pretty sure that your dad will be surprised (and proud) that you've got a good hold on this new QUIT, and that you're keeping such a great attitude throughout!!

   Hi Manderson4,
   
   I am sure your father will be delighted that you are quitting again.  You are once again moving in the right direction.  
   
   It's funny you should mention the wind.  I was just thinking about that today.  Because I had to go out after work, and I was fighting the wind.  And I noticed that although I was struggling to walk, I wasn't huffing and puffing the way I used to when I smoked.  Quitting has made such a difference that way.  It's all good.
