The "new" I'm trying to import into the coming new year is my non-smoking.  I really don't want 2018 to be just a repeat of the same old, same old.  So although quitting isn't always easy, I'm working to hang on to my quit.  Sometimes it's a struggle though - I have arguments with myself, and I find that even though I try to keep busy, the days seem very long.
Wishing  all of you the very best, and a non-smoking 2018!
    Cheers,

    Hi turningpoint,

You are right.  Who wants the same old, same old?  Hang in there.  You have done something amazing!  Keep the quit and have a great 2018!

Hi guys, resolutions?  I made some really great ones last year, I got healthy, quit drinking, worked hard, fought myself through a depression and it was really humbling for quite a few months, but I did it and I'm so proud of it.  I think this year is just a continuation of adding more adventure and health while continuing to prosper.  When I think of giving up smoking, I'm thinking of adding more pleasure, confidence and pride to my days and to keep on chugging.  Oh ya, and extra cash too, lol!

    Hi Brieffree and Ocean

Ocean, you are doing so a great job in quitting smoking. The new year is coming soon .   Now the challenge is to stay Quit one day at a time.  Congratulations for all your efforts.

    Good Evening Everyone,

    Great thread turningpoint!

Out with the old and in with the new - one of the best things for me about the end of one year is the optimism I feel for what is coming in the New Year! No matter how tough 2017, what struggles have been endured, it's now the past - bring on 2018!

Love everyone's thoughts, resolutions and wishes for 2018 - wishing you all the best!
