   Hello Everyone,
   I tried before and failed, many times, but now am back with a renewed effort.  i really appreciate the opportunity to be part of a group of people who have decided it's worth it to go through this.  Your posts are encouraging and inspiring.  Thanks for listening.

   You can do it!  As one quit coach on this site reminded me - I have quit experience - having tried many, many times!  
   
   Keep going, and keep it up with the renewed effort!  Use that quit experience to your advantage - you now know better what works and what doesn't. 
   I also have a renewed effort, and have successfully stayed smoke free since March 5.  I feel great, and I feel strong!
