    How do you all deal with stress ???(without smokeing)

    Hi Chartippybum,

    I enjoy meditation. I sit back in my lazy boy with my eyes closed, lowering my breathing and with some favourite music in the background. I let my thoughts drift and sometimes bring in pleasant experiences either that I had or would like to have. I do this daily for twenty minutes and come out of it refreshed and stress free.

    Hi,

    Great question chartippybum and meditation, like eager shared is a good one. If you can't get away with some music, still try to take in slow deep breaths and that can help too. Nice deep breath in through your nose for 5 and then out through your mouth for 7.

    This is a great start in building a new reaction to stress.

    Thank you for your help that us a great suggestion. I like to write down my thoughts to get them all out. I will try to meditate and go to my happy place!!!
