I stopped using the patch. Broke out in rashes all over my arms. So I started the lozenges again. Still haven't had that old nasty cigarette. I'm looking forward to celebrating 2 months on the 27th. Remembering nope. Cravings are less often now. Deep breathing really helps. Trying to keep positive. Saying good things to myself helps as well. It's awful what we can think when we been smoking for so long. I started when I was 13. Now 52 wanting to really quit. I can do this.

Well done cindy.. 2 months is awesome... you're doing a brilliant job. Use whatever means necessary to remain off em so be that the patch or the lozenges or the gum or the inhaler... whatever works. Im still on the patch. 2 weeks done now and im into the third week. but my mind is definitely in the right place this time cos i have zero intention of smoking again. I think thats half the battle.. getting the head focused and just deciding we are done with smoking.

Just be mindful of the terrible threes... 3rd day, 3rd week and 3rd month - people generally seem to struggle at these milestones cos the deamon in our brains is crying out for a fix.
