Hi Franny,
I know what you mean. In the past, when I tried to quit, almost as soon as the cravings hit, I would give in. But I realized that that was getting me nowhere. I had to buckle down and get really serious about quitting. So I grit my teeth and told myself that no matter what, I would not give in. I also wanted to show my sisters that it was indeed possible to quit. And guess what? Now they know! LOL
Hang tough, Franny. You can do this. Keep yourself as busy as possible to take your mind off it. Drink lots of water, and go out and have some fun. Kick your habit to the curb.
