Recently I went to see a movie with my sister and her daughter.  After the movie, we went for a coffee.  I thought my niece was excusing herself to use the washroom, but I was wrong.  She went outside for a smoke.  Now all my life, that was me.  But not any more.  In fact, I had actually forgotten what it is like to HAVE to have a smoke.  That whole concept is now really foreign to me.

I am so grateful that I am no longer ruled by this filthy addiction.  I feel so free!

    treepeo,

Exact same feelings here. Amazing a little over a year ago I was still smoking, now I notice people getting up in restaurants or bars and leave for a smoke and think that is so odd.

Yesterday I was at the grocery store and the lady packing her bags next to me smelled like a stale smoke and it really was not pleasant - and I used to smell like that too!

    So glad I quit.
