    Hi Everyone

       I found more Benefits of quit smoking.
     Like help others than me to cop with stress with all that I learned here, is absolutely regarding, makes me feel more confident!
     Also, of course

     Rest well and recover energy faster than before!
     About sex No complains
    Also more money
    My Briefing is complete clear, in consequence my Heart pumps more blood!
    The food test more delicious and I control what I eat, no big portions.
     My home smell great!
    No more holes in my shirts, Jackets etc.
    No more huak! smell in the car!
    No more yellow fingers or bad mouth smell

    Wonderful that you're sharing your new tools to cope with stress too, isn't it great how all your hard work towards quitting overflows into so many other areas of life?

    So true all of the things you posted. 

    One benefit of quitting as you mentioned was the 'sex' or more the 'intimacy' improvements.

    I don't go for a smoke before bed like I used to so I am joining my wife in getting into bed, I don't smell like an ashtray and my breath is better - so we spend more time cuddling and so forth. And yes, for a man quitting smoking does reduce blood pressure and improves blood flow so there is a sense of performance improvement (but I think it is just because my wife likes to be closer to me as I smell so much better). 

    You know one thing I really enjoy now is how often my wife will say how nice I smell. 

    It's these small things about quitting that you don't think about before.

     You know, I was remember, because of an other post, the relationship with smokes, how powerful was my......

    I do not miss it, I just remember that was with me every moment, no matter what! How strong was!
    That is why! I built, I guess a defense I guess stronger, I look a little crazy is when my mind is tricking me and I fight and fight!

      know what I want I know what I need, I know what I must do!

    NO  MORE SMOKE  INTO MY LUNGS!

    Believe OR NOT I QUIT FOR ME, FOR MY HEALT OR ELSE! 

    One Day at the time! Never give up!

    Enjoy smoke free life!

    Thanks briefree and atp for pointing out the different benefits of quitting as well as your continued commitment, brieffree, to remain smoke free. 
    Reminding yourself of all the benefits is an excellent strategy to keep you going and may inspire others to do the same.
