   Good morning
   
    I quit smoking for good! I am totally smoke free! Now is time for me to get rid of my Nrt, is out of control!
   
   I am going to a group next week, with a lot hope! I need to get rid of it!
   I know is a good product to help you quit!
   I stood quit for more than 4.5years, I improve my health as a point that I am not afraid to fail into smokes.
   But, suddenly I think I change, because of I was watching how much I was using and how often.  I must do something, or again, out of control!
   
   Last week I was having a very negative out of control thinking, Gladly it works my plan, smoke free! I need support, I need help, I know what I have to do! Just do it!
    One day at the time!

   That's exactly right, everyone has more challenging periods but glad to hear you rode the wave of negativity out and are back to a proactive mindset with your quit! You are well supported and have all the right strategies you need to succeed.

   It is good that you recognize that you are having a problem with NRTs.  You successfully quit smoking.  Now, you can work on letting go of the NRTs.  I have faith in you, brieffree.  Believe in yourself and you will make it happen.

    I hate to admit that I did do wrong, in my quit! I looked for support and I HAVE A LOT with give me the High power to confront my addiction.
   Now, totally new quit in my life! I admit that I need help, at the end I am always alone, so is time stand up and do what is has to be done!
    We are Non Smoker! we know a better way to live, the free way!
    Means free! Nothing but pure Air!
    Is not easy! like brain new quit! 
    I have craves and can not sleep. 
   
   Nico demon never leave me alone.
   Now I said No more!
   
   One day at the time!
