   Hi Tonya,
   Welcome to the forum and congrats on making the best decision you will ever make.  Have you got a quit date and a plan?  I found decreasing my cigarettes in the weeks before really helped.  It will be hard, but it does get easier.  Especially if you stay positive about your quit.  Good luck.
