   thanks to the assistance of nicorette gum i have reached a point that when i leave the house i do not need to take money for cigarettes in my pocket
   today is day 40 non smoking with two minor slips
   i also am doing a major exercise program every day
   so today i feel like it has all been worthwhile

   Congrats on 40 days of being quit! It sounds like you've reached a big milestone today by leaving the house without worrying about having money for cigarettes. Doesn't it feel great!
