Dashboard incorrect Cancel

   My quit date was January 15.  Today is January 21.  So, I have been smoke free for six full days, but my dashboard is still showing 4 days.

   I am copying this reply from Kyle (our technical support) as he responded to another member with the same issue:  
   
   This is an issue that is affecting people in a few different ways, and it's due to the design of that dashboard widget. Currently, that section only updates at certain intervals post-quit date (1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, 10 days, 21 days, 1 month, 2 months, 1 year), because those were the periods for which we had concrete, evidence-based benefits that you would be experiencing after you quit. What we didn't consider was that there was no other counter available in that view to tell you the precise number of days you have been smoke-free. This is something we have in our plans for an upcoming update. We also have the ability to create new messages for additional periods post-quit date, and we intend to do that as well, where we can find relevant statistics (particularly in the post-1 year quit phase).

   At this point, our developers are focused on addressing some of the lingering bugs and trying to identify the cause of our site speed issues so that we can address that too. Significant new functionality will likely be months away, because of other projects that require this team, and prioritizing and securing budget.    Hello Kisaacs
   
   I know you posted this  about 15 days ago. However my dashboard is saying 4 days as well. Up until 2 days ago it was working great and the funny thing is that today is day 6 for me as well and it still says day 4 but everything else on the page has changed.  I hope they fix this soon and congrats to you for all your hard work! Hopefully this all gets easier with time.

   According to the message from Kyle I posted from Kyle (Jan 24th) in this thread, your quit date will update on day 10.  
   
   We apologize for the wait to have this fixed, it is on the list to be done.
