Howdy Kids,
Lots of changes to this site since I joined 13 years ago and as I read through a variety of posts here and there, the challenges to quitting remain the same. There appears to be no magic bullet, sword, amulet or anything other than courage, perseverance and that try, try again attitude that helps to keep a great number of us the quitters that we are desperately trying to be.
Many thanks to this site, the moderators and the help I have received from all who offered and did not judge for keeping me smoke free for all of these years and for many years to come.
Keep up the good work. Have a great day. Don't smoke.
