    Hi Everyone

I am Celebrating 9 years today, since I had to quit for Good! or else.
Live is ok My health is good, I am getting a bit old, I remember how vulnerable, I was when I was 2 months free, Life was too much for me....I was thinking I am going to die tomorrow...Then I discover Nrt and helps me for a 5 years free, than I had the luck to know a different people like me with the sane problem like mine.... then I quit the nrt and I survive...today I am still one day at the time!

But with 9 wonderful years Today

Is amazing going to bed tired and wake up full  of life and wish for another smoke free day!
