We are happy to announce this months First Week Challenge Contest winner, Adam Bewley from Woodstock, Ontario!
Adam decided to quit smoking for two reasons. One being that he and his wife are expecting a baby. But also because he was training a co-worker who doesn't smoke and began to feel bad about the truck smelling of cigarette smoke. He decided to throw away his cigarettes and join the contest! He is very happy to have made this change in his life and can't believe how much better his sense of smell and taste are since quitting smoking.
