Greetings Everyone,
We are more than very
happy to announce our two winners for the month of September.
Sheila
Monaghan - Thunder Bay, ON
Sarah Payne - Peterborough, ON
Both had very different strategies for quitting smoking.
Sheila used the patch and the gum. This was Sarah’s first time and she quit
cold turkey in order to remain smoke-free she kept herself super busy.
