Greetings,
If you're a newcomer to SHL.ca, you may be wondering about the daily pledges that we have here. It's one of the longest-running features on the site, and a great way to solidify your resolve in staying smoke-free!
The Pledge goes something like this: "I proudly take your hand and pledge to remain smoke free today, and I extend my other hand in friendship to support the next brave non-smoker in line."
Brieffree has been starting the pledge most days (thank you Briefree!) but anyone else can post the pledge as well. Once it's started for the day, feel free to join in the fun by pledging and then extending your hand to the next brave non-smoker in line. We are stronger together!
