It starts tonight at my local running room.  Im tempted to go down, but my knees and ankles are shot.  On the other hand I had a huge craving and am still craving and feel like I need to do something active to get the tension out.  Is it completely free with the code?  I just paid more money down on my bike, but still don't have it.  I'm going a little nuts today (no Patch in 3 days), tried some gum, but still craving.
