   i am really struggling with this posting     could someone respond to me and let me know how to use this set of postings
   i pledge to remain smokefree on sunday and extend my hand to the next brave nonsmoker

   Is ok, just the Tile is Sunday Pledge, then we wrote the Pledge.
   
   Decided, I proudly take your hand and Pledge to remain smoke free all day and I extend my other hand in friendship to support the next brave non Smoker in Line.

   Just to add - if you are the early bird and starting the pledge for the day, just title your thread with the day of the week followed by pledge, ie. Sunday Pledge, Saturday Pledge etc. that way everyone who wants to pledge will go into that thread.
