I would like to know if people feel certain flavours are more effective than others.

    Hi Metzger,

I personally have never tried the gum, so I wouldn't be able to share my experience with you. However, the ingredient in the gum that helps to reduce cravings and withdrawals is the nicotine. The nrt gum does come in different doses (2mg and 4mg), you would choose a dose depending on the amount that you smoke. It is my understanding that whichever flavor you go with will still either have 2mg or 4mg of nicotine to help with the cravings.

    Hope this helps.

I've been using the mint flavour, and after 13 days I'm feeling a little bored with the minty taste.  I'd love to try a fruity flavour just to mix things up a bit.  But it's the nicotine you're after, and most of the time the gum is just parked in your gums not being chewed.  Good Luck!
