    Day #30 here! NOPE! Not one puff ever! This is the longest quit in like forever! WooHoo! Working with my cessation nurse and wearing 21 mg AND 14 mg patches. Much trial and error, but found my sweet spot! Did I say WooHoo!!! Lol

    WooHoo indeed! 30 days is fantastic.  You must feel so happy and proud!

    I am with you all the way.  We have to live by NOPE.    If we never have even one puff, we will remain non-smokers, and that is a great thing.

    I am glad you found your sweet spot, Cheryl9917.  And I hope it gets sweeter with each passing day!
