You made it past the one month mark. WooHoo! Good for you! You should be really proud of yourself.
You have worked really hard to get to this point. It is great that you are turning your focus to walking and yoga. Keep thinking about your health and how to improve it. It is the perfect distraction. And remember NOPE (Not One Puff Ever). As long as you don't take that first puff, you will be a non-smoker forever.
