    day 1 complete with a few craving but i did not give in , used the quit coach threw text for morning craving and it helped cause a distraction

    Way to go, tamhart!  Distracting yourself is a great way to cope with cravings.

    Congratulations on your quit! It must feel good to have one day under your belt.
    Good you were able to resist the cravings you had and rest assured cravings are very normal and will pass. What has worked well for you so far?
