It is great that you have decided to quit smoking. I hope you are doing okay.
When I first quit, I found it helpful to do things to distract myself. Drinking lots of water is a good idea, too, because it helps to clear the toxins out of your body.
Quitting is hard, but the rewards make it all worthwhile. Good luck in your journey. We are here for you.
