Quitting smoking can be difficult. Letting others know how you feel and asking them for support can help. They might not know what you are going through and how they can help. So, tell them.
Let them know how they can support you: listen to you, encourage you, distract you, spend time at places where you can't smoke or whatever you find helpful.
Sometimes people might not understand what you are going through. Here we do.
