I finally decided to quit smoking for good. I have been smoke free for 3 months and I do not what to look back. One day at a time for now. And feeling better all ready.

hi, thanks for sharing this, I have only been a month and tripped up this weekend with a couple.  I have to say it was awful, they tasted awful and made me feel sick.  I'm back on the wagon.  I don't want that horrible smoke in my lungs any more.  Already feeling better.  Good luck!

Congratulations White on your 3 months smoke-free anniversary!

It is great to hear that you are feeling better already. Keep on sharing your experience with the members, as it can be a source of motivation/inspiration for others.

Susan, thank you for sharing the obstacle you experienced over the weekend. I can see how it was a learning opportunity for you and it is awesome that you are back on track!

Have a nice smoke-free day everyone!

    Hi White,

Congrats on your 3 months smoke free!  You are now truly on your way to a better life.  So happy for you.

And Susanyw, good for you for getting back on track.  That's not easy to do, so it shows just how determined you are.

Both of you are winners!  Keep the quit!

And to you treepeo, do not quiet trying. Just keep on doing it. It will eventually work for you too. Good luck on your journey.
