Hello and welcome, 1.can.do.this.! What I love about your post is that -- even though nicotine is the hardest thing you have ever tried to quit -- you've still got that belief in yourself, so much so that you've picked "i.can.do.this." as your Username! And research shows that confidence in quitting is a good predictor of success.
While we wait for others to chime in, a few things you might consider:
When do you vape or smoke, and why? Finding patterns ahead of time can help you to break them.
Cut down, or quit cold turkey? Some find it helps to cut down first. With vaping, you might gradually cut down on the nicotine content in your pods, or gradually delay longer and longer between use. You might also explore quit aid options (typically nicotine replacement therapy, or NRT) with your local pharmacist, who can advise on proper dosage as well.
You are taking steps to get support and strategies in place, and that's sure to help you to achieve your goals. You can do it, i.can.do.this.!
