   Hi I have never tried this way to quit smoking, last time I quit was cold turkey and with the help from God I quit for 9 years. it will be nice to be around others who are quitting also.

   Welcome to our community where you can hear and talk to others who are on the quit journey as well.  May I ask what you are using for this quit attempt if not cold turkey?  You have quit in the past and certainly can again.
