    Hello,
My name is Ashley and I'm new on here.
I am 36 years old and I have been smoking since I was 18 and I have decided that it's time for me to quit but I'm not sure how to do this.
Is it easier to cut back first so it won't be as hard or would it be better just to quit cold turkey? Also does the gum actually help? Any support I can get and any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you

I have quit recently after reading the book “Easy Way to Quit Smoking “ by Allen Carr…It helped me a lot and I highly recommend. It is available at Amazon and Kindle…It’s very good… good luck… you can do this…

    Hi Ashley
i quit almost 11 months ago. I used the patch for the whole eight weeks and I drank water from a straw.  I changed my routine as best I could and always remember NOPE not one puff ever
Posting and reading on this site really helped and still does
    Good luck
