    Hello everyone, just joined here today and hoping it will help with my journey to rid myself of smoking.  I am also having a hard time doing my profile pic, they all shrink lol

    Congrats on quitting smoking.  There is a lot of information from past posts on here. My advice.  Take it one day at a time. Keep yourself busy and change up your routine.  
    Best advice I learned from here.  NOPE. Not one puff ever
