   Starting to get a "little" easier but the demons keep saying one smoke wont hurt.  I know from experience, one smoke and we are back to the drawing board.  Had not heard the term "No Man's Land" for that 30- 90 stretch. Now it makes sense to me.  Trying to stay diligent!!!!! Have been reading posts and they do help.   I know one smoke and that is it, so I cant have one EVER.

   Congratulations on reaching 45 days smoke-free! That’s a significant milestone and it’s great to hear that things are starting to get a bit easier for you. 
   
   I totally understand how those thoughts can creep in. It’s great that you recognize that one smoke can lead you back to where you started - that awareness is so powerful. Even though the journey has been challenging, you have remained committed and diligent, and that in itself is a significant achievement.
   
   I'm glad to hear you’re finding support in the community posts. Keep on going, you got this! We're all cheering you on! :)

   Thanks for the support, now 60 days and passed a huge test. Survived a BOYZ weekend where i had ample opportunity to cave in.    Not claiming victory yet, but am quite proud !!!!! :)  For any out there, we are stronger than we think! One day at a time :)

   Congrats on 60 days smoke free. That's awesome. You can do it. One day at a time. Nope Nope Nope. I plan on using that. Not one puff ever.
