As someone who has had their hours reduced at work, and the stress and free time that comes with it, I'm finding that COVID has created a new obstacle to staying quit that I never thought would occur mere months ago. What are some tips people are using to stay quit or try quitting during COVID?

    Hello Guillermo,

Yes I think many people would agree with you that quitting during something like COVID19 is not easy!

What sorts of new obstacles have you noticed?

I personally no longer smoke, and find the boredom and isolation hard to deal with! There is only so much books and Netflix's I can tolerate! I can sympathize with you!

Do you have a smart phone or an iPhone? I sometimes find a fun game like Tennis Clash or a word search game can help take my mind off things for a while and passes the time.

Is there anything you have found helpful?

    Hey Guillermo,
E-cigarettes or vapes can help you manage your nicotine cravings. To get the most out of it, make sure you're using it as much as you need to and with the right strength of nicotine in your e-liquid. I started vaping to quit my smoking habit, and it turned out to be a good decision.
