well 70 days and I made through a stressful week with visits at work from Vps and head office and dinners. Its very hard to avoid when its work and I did not give in to cravings although I was close. I know I can do this but I have been here before an fallen off the wagon as they say so just writing to say I need to be focused and strong

Hi Alex - way to go!!

70 days and going strong.  And through such a stressful week.

You may have fallen off the wagon before, but, as you have said, you are focused and strong.

    Cheers,

    E

    Hi Alexjw,

Congrats on 70 days of being smoke free!

It sounds like things are going well and you're managing any stress without smoking.

Have a great smoke free day,
    Emily

    Hi Alexjw,

Congratulations on 70 days smoke free. Awesome! Cravings go with the territory but they are short lived. When they hit, pick up a glass of water and divert yourself. Being involved in the office and dinner conversations, and concentrating on the work should do it for you.

Wishing you another smoke free day!

    Congrats on 70 days Alex.
Always , always think positive. Anything is possible and you know you are stronger than those fleeting moments  that are spaced further and further apart. You know you can do this. There is no contest between the tug of war going on in your head. The nicotine monster lost his hold on the rope a while back, Now its your turn to drag him through the mud like he did you. You should be twice as determined !

Once he knows he is defeated, he will never be back! You can do this Alex
