Hi donr,
WooHoo, that is absolutely fantastic! Good for you! It takes a lot of hard work and commitment to quit for good, and look at you now. Breathing easier and making other positive changes in your life. Way to go!
When I smoked, I didn't bother doing anything terribly healthy because I thought, why bother? I smoke so what's the point? And if truth be told, I barely had the breath to do anything anyway. But after I quit, I decided to make other positive changes in my life as well. It's funny but when you quit smoking, you start to care for yourself in ways you hadn't done before.
I am so happy for you, donr. You have come such a long way, and you should be really proud of yourself. Make sure you do something to treat yourself. Positive reinforcement always helps!
