    Pretty much relaxed and read yesterday.  Made it out to pick up my bike and came home.  Watched a hockey game on TV and got a phone call from my sister and niece in Alberta.  My sister is a former smoker and she encouraged me even mentioning that one Puff is too much.  Gonna try to get a few miles in today and hope the snow holds off until after my meeting tomorrow.  Have a great smoke free day everyone.

    Hi manderson4,

    You are doing great!  So glad you were able to speak to your sister and that she encouraged you.  She quit, and so can you.  And she is so right.  Not One Puff Ever!
