    I quit just over 1 year ago 
    so proud of myself 
    and can’t wait to say I will be 2 years smoke free

    Hi jeannie_ca,

    Congratulations on being a non-smoker for a whole year!  Yippee, you did it!  You should be so proud of yourself.

    This is a major milestone, jeannie_ca.  Make sure you celebrate.  Do something nice for yourself.  You deserve a treat for all of the hard work you put in to get to this point.

    Awesome job!  I'm so happy for you!
