It has recently come to our attention that it is now a NEW YEAR! How the heck did that happen?!
Now, while we know that the best time to quit smoking is always going to be as soon as possible, no matter what month or season, the start of the new year is often when people resolve to make it happen.
We also know that the start of this particular journey can involve a fair share of potholes, bumps, and detours along the way. Especially during the first week or so. Motivation is high, but cravings and withdrawals may also be at their peak.
So, checking in time! How are you doing? If you're still on track, congratulations! What's working for you? If you've run into a road block, what does getting started again look like for you?
Looking forward to hearing from you, and Happy New Year!
