Slips are common when you are trying to quit smoking. Continue with your progress, if you are concern with stepping down to the second step of the patch while you have had some slips, speak with your healthcare provider or pharmacist, perhaps using another Nicotine Replacement Therapy might help you cope with additional cravings.
