Hi Cindy.. how have you been doing? Haven't seen you on here in a while. I just started on the lozenges today to try help me give up the mist spray. Im no expert but for me I think coming off the lozenges wont be too bad because you could get a pack of tik taks instead and try sucking on those for a while instead of the lozenges.

I’ve going on day 7 smoke free wearing the patch. I read that the patch should be wore above your waist anyone know why that is?anyways I’ve had a few moody days from the withdrawals but they are getting much better. Back to work tomorrow and I’ll be around a lot of people how are smoking and the stress level will be much higher 😬 one day at a time or second what ever it takes.

    Hi Oldsmokey,

Well done on day 7... that first week is awful because the cravings and urges keep hitting and you're trying to break the habit while faced with the daily norms. Hang on in there... I used the patches too.. I placed them on my chest just under the collar bone and alternated between each side every day. In past attempts I used place them lower down by my stomach but they used get itchy and leave a rash. No idea why. I guess they don't say put them on your legs cos they could be knocked off easily when you walk around.

Welcome to the forum. If you feel the cravings coming on just come on here and post or read a few threads... even the old ones. This forum was a huge factor in my quit this time and I'm still hanging on 4 months in.
