    Hi carrie.e

I used NRT lozenges and gum to quit smoking myself. The needs of each individual differ but I can say that five weeks would not have been enough time for me. I did wean myself down by that time but still have an occasional lozenge after five months. The SHO quit coaches have a lot of information and may be reached at 1-877-513-5333.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Carrie.e,

As eagerquit has mentioned you can always feel free to call into Smokers' Helpline to speak with one of our Quit Coaches about your options. We can search your area and try to help you find some resources.

Hope you have a great day,
    Emily
