Tomorrow is my quit day. A tad worried about it but doing all I can to prepare today and greatly anticipating putting cash in my fun jar for every day I put behind me. I am on Champ-ex and so far have not had many side affects save a little dizziness early on and finding that smokes are less enjoyable which is probably a very good thing.

    Hi icandohardthings,

How exciting that tomorrow is your big day! Your quit day! Sounds like you have given it a lot of thought and you have some strategies in place to help you succeed. I love that you will be using a 'fun jar' to watch your savings grow from not purchasing cigarettes! What a great way to stay motivated!

    Warm regards,
    Karen, Quit Coach

So far the day is very very slow. Lol! I have read and put away garden hoses and roasted beets and harvested seeds and sorted leftover Halloween candy and started a fire and tried my niccoreette pen while thinking constantly about cigarettes lol! So far so good.

Congratulations on your first smoke free day! Distraction seems to be a good strategy for you! You have been able to find lots to keep you busy inside and outside. Glad to hear that it is going well for you so far.

    You got this!

    Warm regards,
    Karen, Quit Coach
