You`ve done a wonderful job in handling your cravings this
morning – Way to go! You have tried different strategies - you tried deep breathing, you have made a list of what it's like to be a non-smoker and you used the patch, just to name a few. You did your best and
found a way to overcome this situation. Keep moving forward in this way - You are doing fantastic! Being flexible and creative
in your approach can only help.
You are stronger than your cravings. Know that cravings don’t
last very long – Sometimes, it might feel like forever, but it’s usually about
5 to 10 minutes. You can do this!
Tiny2018, you have worked very hard to get to this point and it
shows a lot of determination and perseverance. Keep going strong!
