   Today February 28 is two years Smoke free for me .
   I can’t believe it’s been 2 years. Most days I don’t even think about smoking. But every once in a while for no real reason I think about it and use NOPE. Not one puff ever. That quote has been very helpful to me all along   This forum has also been so helpful from reading old posts to posting myself 
   I had a great snowy day spent playing with my grandchildren. The best way to celebrate 🎉

   Hi jb63.  What a great feel good story. Yes we have come a long way. Yep I also use NOPE sometimes. Funny how we can go days without thinking about smoking, and then bang it hits you. Keep it up, we are on our way to number 3.

   Congratulations jb63.  Two years is something to truly celebrate, and it sounds like you have adapted into being a non-smoker.  The thought of your celebration with your grandchildren playing in the snow brought a smile to my face.
