   Still going strong.....I’ve heard it said that it takes 21 days to break a habit.......I’m using NRT as long as I keep myself busy don’t miss smoking a bit.....

   congrats on your 16 day smoke free. i to used nrt and it helped me. im over three and a half months in my quit. so keep it up and keep in touch you are not alone.
