    I am happy to announce our November 2021 First Week Challenge Contest winner: Lazaro Rene Cruz de Los Reyes from Essa, Ontario! Our winner was encouraged to quit and join the First Week Challenge Contest by his fiancé after he got sick with a cold and was coughing a lot.  Now he is smoke free and will be sharing his winnings of $500 with his fiancé. 

    This is a reminder that there are only two more Frist Week Challenge Contests for 2021!
